TEAMhealth2 (Train, Employ, Advance, Mentor)


TEAMhealth2 is a Certified Nursing Assistant training and career laddering program, funded through a three-year SKILL UP grant from the United Way of Rhode Island with additional support from The Rhode Island Foundation, the Blanche Walsh Trust, the Northern Rhode Island Area Health Education Center (nriAHEC), the Saint Antoine's Golf Tournament, the Department of Labor & Training and Department of Human Service.

In its four years of operation, the program has graduated and employed 239 Certified Nursing Assistants, 14 Certified Medication Technicians, 5 Licensed Practical Nurses, and 6 Registered Nurses with 36 continuing on a healthcare career path.

In order to qualify for the FREE program, you must attend an informational session and go through an extensive pre-assessment and interview process.

Informational Sessions are offered every Wednesday from 3-4pm at Family Resources Community Action 55 Main street, Woonsocket

No appointment necessary
